My late dad invented the term "Chef Wesley Gourmet" when I was young. He would always scream "THE GOURMET" in a quirky tone when cooking. He himself was a self taught home cook at the age of 25 as he had 4 sisters and was never allowed into the kitchen with his dirty shoes and slacks. This is about paying honor to my father and using my culinary skill to bring products specialty gourmet products to people who want to spice up their cooking skills or add a little something special!

Chef Wesley Gourmet will provide high quality, delicious food items and novelties to enhance home cooked family meals!
We make sauces, syrups, and elixirs, pickles, salsas, and so much more. All products are curated by our specialty chef team to enhance meals for all our self-made gourmets out there.
Our flagship product is Chef Wesley Gourmet's Fire Water a hot sauce which features locally grown organic ghost chilies and other hot peppers fermented with onion, garlic, and tomatoes.
The Chef Wesley Gourmet team is hard at work making a product that will be available year-round. We are also looking at introducing a few more products to the CWG line including pickles, spices, and possibly a cookware line!
